On 15th February 2021 emails were sent to David Ellesmere, Leader of Ipswich Borough Council and Matthew Hicks, Leader Suffolk County Council, urging action. This was followed by email to Councillors Ellesmere and Hicks copied to SCC and IBC portfolio holders and our MPs.
